About

I am a strategic, hands-on CTO with deep experience leading IT operations and enterprise architecture.

In recent years I have owned IT administration, information security, cloud platforms and large system renewals. I lead expert organisations with clear vision — proactively and business-first — combining technology depth and strategic thinking into outcomes that ship.

I work through collaboration, agility and continuous improvement. TOGAF 9 Certified since 2014, then steady expansion into security and cloud: ITIL, ArchiMate, Azure Administrator, ISO 27001, NIS2, Microsoft Copilot and CyberCoach the most recent additions — with strong focus on AI governance and rolling out AI-assisted work.

Beyond strategy, I build the systems myself — custom MCP servers, multi-agent orchestration and autonomous agents — taking AI from proof of concept to production.

FROM GOVERNANCE TO PRODUCTION

I don't only set AI strategy — I build the systems. I work hands-on across the agentic stack, from governance models to production agents.

Multi-agent orchestration

Design and run multi-agent systems: a meta-orchestrator routing work to specialised agents — code review, testing, security, content — with defined hand-off chains.

Custom MCP tooling

Author Model Context Protocol servers from scratch in TypeScript, giving agents real-world reach into Microsoft 365 — Outlook, Teams, Calendar, SharePoint — and other systems.

Autonomous agents

Headless agents on schedules that watch data sources, detect change, act and validate themselves, with locking, timeouts and safe-by-default gates.

Agent control plane

Built a browser-based control panel on the Claude Agent SDK to run and supervise AI agents across projects.

AI governance

A working governance model — principles, risk assessment, accountabilities — backed by enforced guardrails: scoped secret handling, permission gating for destructive actions, full agent-activity logging.

AI-assisted delivery

Production websites and platforms built and operated end-to-end with AI coding agents, from design hand-off to deploy.
